Roasted Rosemary Chicken


Ingredients :
1 chicken ( abaout 1.5 kg )
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Seasoning  ( mixed ) :
40 g salted butter
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp honey
2 spring rosemary, coarsely
chopped, or used 1 tbsp dried rosemary to substitute

Method :
Rub chicken with salt and pepper. Leave aside for 30 minutes. The rub the sea-
soning on top and underneath the skin. Roast the chicken in a preheated oven at
200 C for 45 minutes or until well cooked. Removed from oven and serve.
